Chcappka
Chcappka is a mobile application concept that aims to solve the problem of a lack of public restrooms in a fun and business-relevant way. Currently, there are relatively few public restrooms in Prague, and many people have gotten used to relieving themselves in public. We decided that we wanted to change that, so we came up with an application that would simply expand the number of available restrooms to include restaurants, cafes, and other commonly accessible places.
The user who is looking for a restroom simply opens the application, which displays the most suitable one according to the specified filters (default being the closest one), and it is up to them whether they accept it or not. If it suits them, they can press the pink button or swipe left, which immediately launches navigation to the location. However, if the restroom does not suit them, they have the option to click on the cross or swipe right, and the application will show them the second most suitable result. They also have the option to set filters, such as ratings, whether the restroom is free or not, or whether the restroom also offers a changing table or access for the disabled. When the user is satisfied with the location, the navigation is activated, which shows the shortest route to the location, with the possibility of supporting the selected business through the purchase of offered products (for example, a cafe may offer coffee). The businesses will therefore receive something in return and will also have the opportunity to attract new customers.
